As winter loosens and spring approaches, we’ll work with this natural threshold: a time of illumination, transition, and emergence.
Through breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, sound healing, and intentional community connection, we’ll support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness—creating the conditions for insight to arise without forcing answers.
