The evening will commence with a mystical ceremony, calling in guidance from the Spirits of Cacao + Blue Lotus.

Blue Lotus is a sacred flower revered in Ancient Egypt for its euphoric, relaxation, visionary and lucid dreaming effects. You will attune to the Ancient Egyptian alchemy of sacred Blue Lotus medicine infused into deeply grounding Sacred Cacao, to awaken and access your own natural rhythms of healing, higher understanding and divination insight.

Simone will begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, honouring the land where we gather, our ancestors and the native land of Cacao Medicina. With Cacao in your body vessel, you will be guided with sound and spoken words before a sharing circle connects us on a deeper level.

Cacao is a potent plant medicine which opens the heart space and allows the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, peace, sadness or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced. Remember that any arising emotion is serving you perfectly, so the invitation is to allow yourself to surrender, and to feel fully without any judgements for your personal purpose of growth, healing and expansion into unconditional Love.

Channeled Meditation + Energy Healing Ritual

You will be led by Jasmine into plant spirit attunement with Blue Lotus through channeled messages and vibrational oil anointing to welcome her mystical energy healing into your body.

She will guide you through live channeled transmission, allowing you to soothe and discharge your nervous system, cleanse and release blocked energy and nurture you back into intuitive ease, flow and deep restoration. You will begin your vision quest accessing the Akashic Records to reclaim your lost past-life gifts and powers, as the cosmic intuitive healer. You will be left here, where Jasmine will invite connection between you and your spirit guides called in to protect, inspire and communicate higher guidance to you. This will be an opportunity to gain insight on what has been holding you back from reclaiming full entitlement of your inner light.

Sound + Energy Healing

The group container will be charged with healing energy to help you release all of your self-sabotaging cycles and fears which are blocking you from releasing your true birth right to evolve, self-heal and transcend the pain from the past to become true + embodied wisdom.

Be lovingly held, physically, emotionally and energetically, through the vibrational healing frequencies of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic Medicine Drums, Koshi Wind Chimes and other Earth grounding instruments to help you align with the Heart of Mother Earth and your Higher Self.

You will be invited to receive Universal Reiki frequencies and Blue Lotus healing touch. Vibrational mists and herbal incense + smokes may be also used during the journey.

Simone upholds a special relationship with the Elements and Mother Earth. This relationship stems from many lifetimes of exploring rituals and undertaking sacred plant medicine ceremonies, following shamanic ancient traditions + the rites of passage and honoring his plants and human teachers.

He came into his body in the Northern Hemisphere of the planet, in a little town surrounded by mountains, rivers, forest and wildlife. Simone has been moving around since a young age looking for a place to call home, when he finally realised that this place is within him, in the heart centre, Anahata.

Simone is a space holder, ceremonialist and Reiki Master, who draws upon different tools in his offerings, in reverence of the lineage that he has been initiated in as: reiki energy healing, guided meditations, Kundalini kriyas, Pranayama activation, sound and sacred Cacao Ceremonies. The connection between Simone and Cacao medicina is profound, full of respect and reverent.

Jasmine is a Meditation Energetics + Vibrational Flower Medicine teacher for Sensitive Souls and Empaths. In her sacred Tea Ceremonies, Flower Essence Divination workshops, courses and private healings, she facilitates the ‘flowering’ of your consciousness for your soul’s unique dharma.

Seeing ‘Sensitivity as Divinity’, Jasmine works with you to reawaken the Energy Healer within and reclaim your intuitive wisdom and empathic power as a Sensitive. Her offerings empower you with your own set of Meditation Energetics practices and Vibrational herbal tools to live life in ceremonial embodiment and oneness with Spirit + Earth. In ceremony, Jasmine live-channels from the unseen, connecting the dots to facilitate vibrational shifts for your energetic realignment and communion with your higher self.

Jasmine, after her namesake, has a distinct affinity with flowers and their plant spirits. She discovered that after many years of studying the subtle energy fields, the Art of Zen Buddhist Vipassana, and her life experience with high sensitivity, she had developed the enhanced skill to hear and communicate with spirit guides, including flower devas.

After years of initiation, Jasmine was invited by her 3 Master Plant ‘Tea’-chers to serve them in sacred Tea Ceremony: Blue Lotus (Intuitive Divination + Nervous System Regulation), Rose (Self-Love + Heart Medicine), and Mugwort (Ancestral Womb Healing + Plant Spirit Communication).

Her space holding is steeped in her devoted studies in Shamanism, Earth + Plant Spirit Wisdom, Flower Essences, Integral Energetics, Taoism, her training in a Mahayana Zen Buddhist Monastery, and her 2-year Mindfulness Teaching Certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. It is Jasmine's heartfeft wish that you may find safe, compassionate shadow integration in her spaces to emotionally transform old wounding patterns back into wholeness - 'Re-Mothering your Inner Child'.

This event is not suitable for those pregnant or breastfeeding due to contraindications with Blue Lotus.

It is highly recommended to refrain from ingesting caffeine after your morning breakfast as Cacao contains Theobromine, a stimulant similar to caffeine, and together, may over-stimulate your body-system.

It is recommended is to have a large lunch and light dinner no later than 2.5 hours before the ceremony, so your time spent journeying is on a relatively empty stomach.

We are ready to safely and lovingly helping you in your own healing journey and to come back to your inner peace and balance within.

Things to note:

Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Chairs are available. A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).

This is a drug and alcohol free event and open to those aged 18+ only.

Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 6:15pm - 6:30pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 6:45pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.

Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).

Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram & 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) & stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).

Public transport - train: Both Prahran & Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.

Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift.
