Facilitator: Monique is an 800 hour yoga teacher with a background in Traditional Hatha and Kundalini Tantra Yoga as well a certified Yoga Nidra Meditation teacher from the Bihar School Of Yoga lineage. Her experience as an Energy Healer and Reiki Master have gifted her the ability to hold space and help people move energy they are ready to release aiding in this experience to empower the audience.

As we breathe move and flow you’ll feel this energy awakening empowering you from the inside out. However this is not a Kundalini Activation and will only give rise to what's ready to flow through you.
Imagine your body as a river of energy. When we activate that river it clears away the blockages - emotional mental and physical - and can give rise to your spiritual gifts. You’ll feel more alive more connected and more in tune with your own potential and more aligned with your most authentic self.

Important Reminders:
- This is a group event and one to one healing will not be offered within this time frame
- Blindfolds will be given to each individual so you can go deep into your experience without worrying about what anyone else is doing feeling or seeing.
- This is a safe space please be respectful of anyone else's emotional and energetic release process which may include crying shouting laughing and so on.
- Monique will be available the following day for an integration call to help you process anything that came up in session.
- Please do not eat 2-4 hours before the process as ideally this is done on an empty stomach.
- Please create time after this session to integrate energies and journal what came up for you.
- If you are going through something traumatic please reach out to speak with Monique prior to see if this event is right for you.
- You are always in control and if at anytime you want to remove yourself from the session
