About this Event

Join Us for Sacred Breaths a Journey with Brittany

As she guides you through an intentional breathwork workshop, where you will learn and get to experience the power of deep-diaphragmatic breathwork and grounding practices.

Are you experiencing nervous system burnout, grief, depression, mental fog, fear, guilt, shame, patterns of looping or outdates thoughts or like youre hitting a mental and physical block in life?

This workshop is not just about breathing, this workshop is designed to help you reconnect to your body (your greatest messenger) and its most ancient and underestimated nervous system regulating tool, your breath.

Breathwork has been used for eons, to support people in unlocking their greatest potential by releasing stagnant, blocked energies, emotions, & trauma all while bringing in clarity, creative downloads and a refreshed, grounded, mind, body and spirit.

During this workshop Brittany will teach you how to activate your own life force energy, release & unblock stagnant energies and emotions stored within your body, which over time can cause a wide array of physical, mental and emotional imbalances if not given the space to be fully processed and released. The body keeps the score!

Its important to know suppressed emotions and unresolved trauma from the past do not just disappear, after a lifetime of supressing our emotions they can show up in a multitde of ways in our body, such as physical ailments, addictions, mental turmoil, depression, anxiety etc.

THE ISSUES ARE IN OUR TISSUES!

This is why having a breathwork practice can support you in completing those emotions safely, in a comfortable, supportive space where you can allow yourself to let go and process these energies that are ready to surface and be released.

This creates space for you to manifest faster, and heal even deeper, live life with more clarity, a greater sense of confidence, motivation and self security.

More Benefits of breathwork Include:

Relief and release of stress, pent up emotions and energies that are no longer serving you

Increase in clarity, new creative ideas flowing in

A sense of feeling lighter, more grounded and relaxed

Emotional, physical, mental and spiritual Reset

The Ability to experience deep states of relaxation, joy and inner peace.

Expansion in consciousness and awareness

Release of stored trauma on cellular level

Healing from old patterns, wounds & negative self talk

And much more..

This will be an experience you won't forget
