About your facilitator:

Emma is an Integrative Therapist, retreat facilitator and psychedelic integration coach dedicated to guiding others through safe, transformative experiences using altered states of consciousness. Using various tools such as breathwork, meditation, hypnotherapy, sacred sound and plant medicines, Emma creates supportive and intentional spaces where deep healing, self-discovery, personal and spiritual growth can unfold. With a warm, compassionate presence, she helps participants navigate emotional release, access hidden realms and inner wisdom, to reconnect with their authentic selves.

Conscious Connected Breathwork:

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, accessible practice that uses continuous, connected breathing to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By bringing awareness to the breath and allowing it to flow freely, you create space for the body to release tension, stored emotions, and stress.

Through this practice, you may experience:

  • Emotional release – gently letting go of pent-up feelings and old patterns.
  • Expanded awareness – opening to deeper states of consciousness and clarity.
  • Stress relief and relaxation – calming the nervous system and restoring balance.
  • Increased energy and vitality – awakening life force energy throughout the body.
  • Inner insight and healing – connecting to your intuition, creativity, and personal guidance.

In our journey, breathwork serves as a bridge β€” helping you access your heart, open to your inner wisdom, and step into a state of presence, connection, and self-discovery.

Ceremonial Cacao

Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine, treasured for centuries for its ability to open the heart, support emotional healing, and connect us to higher states of awareness. Unlike ordinary chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, preserving its rich nutrients and natural compounds that nourish both body and soul.

Drinking cacao in ceremony can:

  • Open the heart – fostering love, compassion, and connection to self and others.
  • Enhance meditation and introspection – helping you enter a relaxed, receptive state.
  • Boost mood and energy – stimulating endorphins, serotonin, and theobromine for a gentle, uplifting effect.
  • Support emotional release – allowing stored emotions to surface and transform.
  • Encourage creativity and inspiration – helping you access inner guidance and flow.
  • Provide health benefits – cacao is a true superfood, rich in antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and flavanols, supporting heart health, brain function, circulation, and overall vitality.

In our journey, cacao serves as a heart-opening ally, grounding and nourishing your body while preparing your mind and spirit to fully receive the healing, insight, and guidance of breathwork and the shamanic sound journey.

Shamanic Sound Journey:

Sharing teachings and songs of the indigenous traditions from South America, calling in the spirits of the plants and animals, connecting us to the ancient wisdom of nature and the shamanic realms beyond the physical. Using my skills as a hypnotherapist, and shamanic healing instruments such as rattles, drums and sacred songs, I will guide you deep into your heart and the unconscious mind to explore the inner wisdom and innate healing intelligence that is available to us all. It is a real honour for me to be able to share the generous teachings of my beloved Maestra and the many teachers who have guided me on this path.
