Sacred Breath and Sound EventFloating Hammocks or Grounded Floor Cushions
Spiritual healers, Paula and Tammy, will guide you on a personal heart centered experience incorporating breathwork and waves of sound. Both modalities have been used for 1000s of years to help release stuck emotions that inhibit the natural energy flow in your body.
Our parasympathetic nervous system - the pathway that enables us to turn off flight or flight mode - is disrupted when we face trauma and do not process emotions. This disruption affects such processes as heart rate, digestion, and stress levels. Unless the flow is reestablished we can face a lifetime of emotional and physical issues.
Sacred Breath and Sound Event has two ticket options:
Floating Silk Hammocks ~ Tickets are $50.00 and limited to only 12 guests
Grounded Velvet Floor Cushions ~ Tickets are $40.00 and limited to only 8 guests

Doors open 15 min prior to event.
Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes as you will be lying down.

About your facilitators:
Paula Rowe has been a "Rebirthing" breathwork practitioner for over 30 years. Rebirthing breathwork helps heal your breathing mechanism and floods your body with divine chi or prana taking your energy bodies to heightened states which expedite emotional release.
Tammy Battista has practiced shamanic sound and energy healing for six years. 432hz tuned crystal bowls, chimes, tibetan bowls and tuning forks create waves of sound that work on the concepts of entrainment, harmony and resonance. Paula and Tammy have been working together for five years facilitating these transformative breathwork and sound workshops. Sound frequencies and breathwork techniques together help us reach states of consciousness that have the potential to quickly bring emotions to the surface. Once released, you may experience an immediate shift in frequency. Your energy field and parasympathetic nervous system opens and transforms to a more harmonious flow.
