Most of us were never taught how to stay connected to ourselves and others at the same time.

To soften our truth so no one would feel uncomfortable.
Over time, that turns into quiet exhaustion, resentment, anxiety, or the feeling that you’re disappearing inside your own relationships.
This retreat is for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in the name of love.
Together, we will explore:
• How to recognize when you’re overriding your body’s “no”
• The difference between loving care and self-abandonment
• Why guilt shows up when you set boundaries
• How to communicate limits without over-explaining
• How to stay grounded when someone else is uncomfortable
• The nervous system’s role in boundary collapse
• What healthy, reciprocal connection actually feels like
