Join us in a transformative breathwork ceremony designed to bring you into deep connection with yourself, the earth, and your highest visions. Through intentional breath, sound, and movement, we will create space for healing, expansion, and embodiment.
This experience will honor the transition of the Spring Equinox, and includes:
🌿 Grounding & Centering – We begin by anchoring into the present moment, connecting with the earth beneath us, and releasing what no longer serves from a supported and rooted place.
💨 Breathing Through the Chakras – Through gentle movement, guided intention, and conscious breathwork, we will journey through the energy centers of the body, clearing blockages, awakening vitality, and allowing life force energy to flow freely.
🔥 Manifesting Our Visions – As we open and align our energy, we will call in our deepest desires and intentions, breathing them into reality with clarity and purpose.
🌀 Sacred Sound & Intuitive Expression – Throughout our journey, you will be held in a sonic container of drumming, rattles, and intuitive singing. These organic sounds will guide you deeper into your breath, awakening ancient wisdom within.
This ceremony is an invitation to release, receive, and remember your inner power. Whether you are new to breathwork or experienced in energetic practices, this sacred space welcomes you just as you are.

This ceremony can last anywhere from 2-3 hours. It is recommended to give yourself time and space afterward to integrate - no need to rush off to the next thing!
You may find yourself wanting to be in nature, or journal, draw, or some other nourishing activity. It's best to allow that as much as possible to support your integration.

**Breathwork may be contraindicated for people with certain conditions. If you have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar, borderline personality, or dissociative identity, or if you have had negative experiences with breathwork in the past, it is recommended to consult with your doctor before considering joining this experience.
About your facilitator:
Robin Humphreys has been guiding group healing experiences since 2014 and brings a calming and welcoming presence to the group space. She uses her holistic training background in her class offerings so that body, mind, heart, and spirit are activated and integrated. Robin is a trauma-informed practitioner who tailors her group experiences to be inclusive of all backgrounds and belief systems. Robin is honored to offer this Sacred Balance Breathwork Ceremony and carry forward the work of Sylvia Brallier, founder of Diamond Lotus Path.
