A ceremony diving into the sacredness of pain, pleasure, the body, and presence.This ceremony will be a container for us to feel, discuss, and embrace what sacred means.
We will explore movement through yoga and dance. We will explore breathwork, we will connect on the concept of sacredness and so much more.
This is meant to be a safe space for all. Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you’d like to feel comfortable.
Our sacred container will be at a private retreat space in North Mount Pleasant-We Coast Studios.
