Please join us for an outreach event to raise awareness about the standard cruelty of the dairy industry. We will be focusing on "calf-raising" operations in California, like the Grimmius Cattle Co.Every single day, newborn calves are ripped from their mothers and shipped to facilities like Grimmius to be raised for the dairy and beef industries.
A DxE investigation documented the rough handling of newborn calves and their intensive confinement in small, barren hutches for the first few months of their lives—when they are at their most vulnerable.
We will show this evidence to the public and advocate for these animals through conversations.
At this event, we will:
* Show DxE’s investigation footage from Grimmius Cattle Co. on a TV screen
* Hold peaceful one-on-one conversations with the public about the reality of the dairy industry
* Distribute informational materials
