Sacral Sound Bowl Ceremony & Shadow Healing with Reiki
Hello dear one,
Join us on November 3rd for an immersive Sacral Sound Bowl Ceremony facilitated by a Trauma-Informed Reiki Master and Counsellor.
These intimate sessions (capped at 7 participants) are designed to harmonize your energy, confront emotional blockages and guide you on a journey of shadow reclaimation and alchemy so you can show up as your whole and integrated self.
This sacred women only gathering combines the healing power of sound, Reiki energy, and communal connection to help you balance the energy of your sacral chakra, awaken your creativity life force, and embrace all of who you came here to be.
During this ceremony, you'll be guided through a deep exploration of your inner world, your womb space using the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls attuned to the sacral chakra.
In this safe and welcoming space, we will explore our shadow side—those parts of ourselves we often keep hidden—allowing for healing and integration. Shadow work is not only about facing challenges but also about uncovering your innate power, creativity, and potential. Navigating this journey in community helps you feel supported, seen, and held, providing a sense of belonging and shared healing that amplifies personal transformation.

- Date & Time: 6:30-8:30 PM
- Location: 1201 West Georgia (information on how to enter the building will be sent to participants upon sign up.)
- Cost: 44$- 66$ ; half of the proceeds donated to the DTES Women's Centre
- Please wear comfortable clothing, a journal, a yoga mat and anything to make you feel more cozy.
- No prior experience needed—everyone is welcome!
