Sacral Sanctuary: A Mini Wellness Retreat for Women

Step away from the noise of daily life and drop into your body. We invite you to a Women’s Mini Retreat dedicated to the Sacral Chakra—the vibrant energy center of our creativity, emotions, and sensuality.

This curated afternoon is designed to move you out of the "mental fog" and back into your body. Through a blend of energetic education, somatic movement, and expert-led wellness discussions, we will explore what it means to live a life that is fluid, empowered, and deeply connected.

1. The Welcome & Sacral Soul Chat : We begin by grounding into the space. Jamie will lead an insightful discussion on the Sacral Chakra, focusing on how to harness this energy to increase joy and emotional fluidity in your everyday life.

2. Sensual Flow & Breathwork: Move into your power with a gentle, sensual movement practice. Sam will guide us through a flow designed to open the hips (where we often store trauma and tension) and utilize breathwork to regulate the nervous system and expand our capacity for pleasure.

3. Sex Trivia & Open Q&A : Knowledge is empowerment! We wrap up the afternoon with a fun, high-energy round of Sex Trivia. This is a safe, shame-free space to ask questions, bust myths, and gain clinical and wellness insights during our closing Q&A.
