Sacral healing meditation, is focused to the pelvic area, which is responsible for movement, flow, pleasure, creativity, emotional and sensuality. When we are stressed we hold this energy here and it can build up tension and imbalance so we should always release to allow all that good energy back into our life and body.

How we can do this is by doing Yoga, movement, stretching & meditation which are great ways to release this built up tension or blockages.

What to bring

A pillow, a yoga mat and your amazing selves

What to wear- Something stretchy or loose and comfy. Something Orange as this is the colour of the Sacral chakra and we want to embrace that .

This workshop does not require footwear, you can be barefoot or wear grip socks.

Please note incense ‘white sage’ will be used in the space but a check in will be done at the start about sensory sensitivity. An alternative can be used such as a diffuser / oil burner for scent sensitive people.

Gift bags will be available for all attending!
