About this Event

Sacral Flow: An Embodied Journey into Emotion and Creativity

This 90-minute therapeutic movement session is dedicated to exploring and balancing the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), the energetic center of your emotions, creativity, and sensuality. Associated with the element of water, the Sacral Chakra governs our ability to experience pleasure, move with grace, and navigate emotional change with fluidity.

The Practice: Finding Ease in Motion

Moving away from rigidity and control, this class invites you to inhabit your body from an embodied, sensual lens. We will utilize slow, yoga-based somatic movements and conscious breathwork as tools to stimulate energetic flow and release stagnant emotional energy held in the hips, pelvis, and lower abdomen.

Expect a deeply restorative and connective experience that includes:

Fluid Movement: Exploring the intersection of breath and slow movement to find ease in transitions, mirroring the element of water.

Guided Self-Touch: Gentle, intentional self-touch prompts to cultivate self-intimacy and strengthen the connection between mind and body.

Nervous System Reset: Practices focused on down-regulating the stress response, fostering a sense of calm and safety in vulnerability.

The focus is on slowing down and honoring your body’s impulse, not achieving a perfect pose.

The Outcome: Creative Wholeness

The session culminates in an extended final relaxation and meditation. During this time, light Reiki energy work will be offered to promote deep release, integrate the energetic shifts, and anchor a greater sense of self-compassion and creative wholeness. Leave feeling grounded, emotionally clear, and connected to your innate power and flow.
