Proposal: Detailed Schedule of Activities
Objective
To conduct a safe, organized, and enjoyable light off-road activity for 4x4 members, followed by a relaxed joint social meetup with both 4x4 and 4x2 members.
Proposed Schedule of Activities
4:30 AM to 5:00 AM
Arrival window for 4x4 participants at TOTAL NLEX. Initial vehicle checks, radio check, and brief social interaction.
5:00 AM to 5:30 AM
Official meetup time for interested 4x4 members at TOTAL NLEX. Registration, convoy numbering, and safety reminders.
During this time, 4x2 owners who wish to join the off-road portion may coordinate with 4x4 members to hop on as passengers. 4x2 owners are advised to safely park their vehicles or arrange for someone else to drive them directly to Here Cafe later.
5:30 AM to 5:50 AM
Drivers briefing led by trail leader and marshals. Discussion of convoy rules, hand signals, recovery protocols, ride-along guidelines, and environmental responsibility.
6:00 AM
Convoy roll out. Entry to NLEX and start of the northbound drive.
6:00 AM to 7:00 AM
Travel via NLEX to Sacobia River. Convoy discipline to be observed at all times.
7:00 AM
Estimated arrival at Sacobia River staging area.
7:00 AM to 7:15 AM
Preparation before entering the off-road trail. Airing down of tires, final vehicle checks, and headcount.
7:15 AM to 9:00 AM
Light off-road activities for 4x4 members.
Activities include river crossing practice, light and fun off-road trail runs, photo and video documentation, and basic recovery demonstrations if needed.
All activities will prioritize safety, vehicle preservation, and environmental care.
9:00 AM
Preparation to roll out from Sacobia River. Vehicles air up and quick headcount.
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Travel to Here Cafe.
9:30 AM to 12:00 NN
Joint meetup at Here Cafe.
Late morning coffee and light snacks, socializing, and group photo opportunities for both 4x4 and 4x2 members.
12:00 NN
Official dismissal of the activity.
12:00 NN onwards
Optional stay for members who wish to have lunch on their own.
Notes
Participation in the off-road segment is strictly limited to 4x4 vehicles only.
4x2 members may join the trail activities only as passengers of 4x4 vehicles and must coordinate during the TOTAL NLEX meetup.
All participants are expected to follow convoy rules and instructions from marshals at all times.
Leave no trace policy will be strictly observed at all locations.
