It is about being present to what is sacred.” – Wayne Muller - Next year we alternate our last Thursday of the month Day of retreat with a SABBATH DAY - an Unscripted Retreat Day - - 🙏⭐😊Unlike our themed retreat days, a Sabbath Day is intentionally unscripted — however, it will still include: - A contemplative practice to guide your reflection and start the day - A gentle rhythm of silence and shared midday prayer - Time for rest, silence, journaling, God... - Morning tea AND lunch.
