S4 N. River Community Connections: Breathing Through Abstraction w/Joel

An ongoing pop-up series aimed to teach skills, develop connections, and foster community building with guest artists. In this workshop, participants will explore breathwork through abstract painting in a guided immersive experience combining elements of painting with breathing exercises to create a one-of-a-kind artwork! No previous experience necessary.

Painting will likely get a little messy so please dress acordingly! Paint is water soluble and should wash out of clothes in a normal wash cycle. Aprons will be provided as needed. Light refreshments will also be provided.
