No belts, no pressure to spar, no hierarchy — just close instruction and a structure that holds whatever comes up: anger, being overwhelmed, joy or energy.
We use breath and vocal release, partner drills, and practical self-defence tools so you can practice intensity without losing control and familiarize yourself with your inner warrior. The goal isn’t to turn you into a fighter — it’s to give you a container where you can choose action over freezing, and feel seen while you do it.
Everyone can join - you can expect an intense but deeply safe space where you can test your edge, be seen as a person, and walk out clearer, stronger, and more centered.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Tobias has practiced karate since the age of five. He lived in Japan to train for his black belt and later founded the Copenhagen-based club Ensō People Karate. His teaching blends full-contact karate fundamentals with a clear, human tone: intensity without macho, structure without stiffness. In Stand Strong, Tobias focuses on safe, progressive drills, breath and voice work, and practical self-defence basics that help you meet pressure without freezing. Expect close instruction, clear boundaries, and space to explore your own edge.
