Silver Maple is moving ahead with a public meeting regarding an application with the state. They could be trying to do both paths simultaneously (they previously said they would prefer to apply locally but that the would start the state application and withdraw it if the Township ordinance works for them; the state application is believed to be a long process).

Remember that we are fighting foreign interests impeding our local farmland due to state government “law” (PA233 which needs to be revoked) which supersedes government at the local level.
