Visitor - £50.00
Students are eligible to purchase one ticket each and must provide their student number when prompted.
Students & Alumni are welcome to bring a maximum of one guest each and must purchase a Visitor ticket for them. They must also ensure they enter their student number and the name of the visitor they are purchasing the ticket for.
Alumni are welcome to attend this event and are eligible to purchase Alumni Tickets (£47.50).
Super Early Bird Tickets (£30.00), Early Bird Tickets (£35.00), Alumni Tickets (£47.50) and Visitor Tickets (£50.00) will be available online at 7am on 16th March 2023.
All tickets purchased for non-reading students/visitors will be charged at the visitor price of £50.00
Standard release tickets (£40.00) and Instalment Tickets (2 x £20.00) will be released online at the same time and will be available to purchase until they sell out.
Instalment Tickets - to use the instalment ticket option you will need to purchase the first ticket at £20.00 to secure your ticket, you will then be contacted with a code to make your second payment. All final payments will be due by the end of April. Please note that BOTH installments will be needed to collect your Summer Ball Wristband.
Wristband exchange:
Wristband exchange will be open in 3sixty Box Office between Midday and 2pm from Wednesday 7th June 2023 until Friday 9th June 2023 and on Saturday 10th June 2023 between Midday and 7pm.
Anyone who cannot make wristband exchange will need to email [email protected] to make arrangements for the collection of their wristband.
All wristbands must be collected in advance of the event, by the named individual on the ticket, unless alternative arrangements are made.
Wristbands will be secured onto wrists at the point of exchange and must be kept on until the event is over.
Your Wristband!
This is your ticket to RUSU Summer Ball 2023 – you will not be admitted to the event without a correctly secured wristband on your wrist.
You will need to collect your wristband prior to the event at wristband exchange, on the dates outlined above.
Look after your wristband – if you lose it we won’t be able to replace it. Once on, the wristbands cannot be taken off without being cut off which will make them void.
You cannot loosen a wristband that is too tight – if your wristband becomes too tight, please come back to wristband exchange and we will change it for you. If your wristband becomes too tight when wristband exchange is closed, please come to Mojos Bar.
If you have any issues with your wristband please come back to see us with the wristband still on your wrist, if you must remove the wristband, please ensure you return it to wristband exchange, in it's entirety.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
We do not accept resale or transferred tickets - unless they have been resold via Twickets at face value. Twickets resale for this event will only be enabled if/when the event sells out and resales must be completed an hour before the event starts. Check out our twickets resale page here to list your ticket for resale or search for a ticket once the eventbrite tickets are sold out.
Those found to be transferring or reselling tickets in any other way will be refused entry for the venue and if profiting from touting banned from the venue.
Do not buy tickets through any other source as any tickets found to be posted for sale anywhere else online or via social media channels will be voided.
Guests are only allowed on a 1:1 ratio and MUST be signed in by a student. Guests from other universities may gain entry with a guest ticket and their university student card.
Last entry is 23:30, arrival after this time will result in refusal of admission to the event.
Doors open at 20:00
There is no re-entry to the venue.
Over 18's only with valid photo card government issued age proof ID and Student Campus Card.
Tickets purchased online must be redeemed at the door.
The account holder must be present and all tickets must be redeemed together.
All tickets must be scanned at point of collection - either via phone or physical print out.
Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to the event.
Drugs Detection Dogs will be in operation on the entrance to the event. Those indicated by Drugs Dogs will be refused entry.
Breathalysers will be in operation on the entrance to the event. Those showing signs of alcohol intoxication or of excessive "pre-loading" will also be refused entry.
Disclaimer: Haze, Smoke & Strobes are used in the venue.
Photography & Videography will be in place throughout the event. By entering the event you will consent to any photographs of yourself being used for marketing purposes by the Students' Union in the future.
COVID-19
RUSU adheres to all government guidelines for nightclubs for our events.
If you have symptoms of Covid-19, stay home and do not attend the venue or events.
We are now cashless. Contact-free payment is the only way to pay at the venue.
If our events are unable to go ahead, due to restrictions or changes in government guidance, full refunds will be available to all tickets holders
