This beginner-friendly 60-minute yoga practice is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your body, with nature, and with the moment. Feel the sunshine on your face, the breeze through the vines, and the grounding energy of practicing outdoors.
Expect a welcoming, accessible flow suitable for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned mover, this space is for you.
After class, stay awhile. Sip a glass of wine, connect with friends, and soak in the magic of summer evenings at the winery.
What to bring:

Payments must be made via cash (preferred) on the day of the class OR
