Event Highlights:Five-Course Pairing: A menu of western inspired small plates will be served.
- Venison chili, candied jalapeno hoe cake.
- Seared beef carpaccio, bean salsa, charred onion aioli.
- Roasted carrots and beets, goat cheese mousse, candied pecans, sage brown butter drizzle.
- Smoked Trout, potato cream, leek oil, fried capers, pickled shallots.
- Dark chocolate and graham crumble truffle, marshmello bourbon cream.
Cocktails: Five cocktails featuring the distillery's spirits will be presented to compliment each course.
Atmosphere: The event will take place on the rooftop patio weather permitting. Please dress warm.
