Russia's War Against Ukraine - Rally in Washington, DC, 2026

Attention! You are purchasing a round-trip ticket for the bus to Washington, DC, Lincoln Memorial. The Ukrainian community will meet at 2 pm at the Lincoln Memorial to hold a mass rally to mark the 4th-year anniversary of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The buses are chartered by the Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center, together with the most generous sponsorship support of the Self Reliance Financial Federal Credit Union (SRFFCU). Logistical coordination with the rally organizers in Washington, DC, is being supported by the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Philadelphia, Iryna Mazur.

There are separate buses departing from two separate locations. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION when buying tickets!

Tickets can be purchased only through the Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center webpage and must be presented when boarding.

The buses will pick up passengers at the designated parking areas (see below) at 9:00 am on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Please be sure to arrive before that time so they can depart promptly.

There are two (2) pick-up locations:

1) St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church (parking is available), 9:00 am at 1013 Fox Chase Rd, Jenkintown, PA 19046.

2) Manor College (parking is available), 9:00 am at 700 Fox Chase Rd, Jenkintown, PA 19046.

Buses will depart from Washington, DC, after the rally, and the pick-up time will be around 5 pm. The location will be announced later. Be sure to get back onto your designated bus on time and check in with your bus captain.

Buses are equipped with 110V outlets and restrooms. We strongly encourage you to bring YOUR OWN food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages on this trip. Please dress in accordance with the weather forecast.

Waiver Agreement

By purchasing the ticket/s, I (my heirs and other representatives) hereby consent to transportation to the Washington, DC, Rally to mark the 4th anniversary of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 21, 2026, coordinated by the Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center (UECC). I understand that UECC does not own or operate the charter buses that will be used to transport the passengers to and from the Rally, but that UECC has hired Starr Bus Charter & Tours, a third-party bus charter company, to provide transportation only to the Rally from the Greater Philadelphia area.

I fully understand that traveling by bus or attending the Rally involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and/or death; these risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions and inactions of other drivers or passengers; there may be other risks and/or social and economic losses either known or not known to me, or not readily foreseeable at this time; and as between me and UECC, I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I might incur as a result of my travel and participation in the Rally.

I hereby release, discharge, and promise not to sue or bring any legal actions against the UECC, its administrators, directors, agents, officers, partners, volunteers and employees (“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes claims against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify save and hold harmless each of the Releasees, from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may be incurred by the Releasees as a result of such claim. Risk of arriving late to the Rally or returning late: While Starr Bus Charter & Tours is taking precautions to provide backup transportation in case of mechanical problems, there is always a risk that buses will be late delivering passengers to the destination and back. Riders acknowledge and accept this risk. Riders are responsible for getting to the bus on time.

Buses will pick up passengers from St Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church and Manor College at 9:00 am on February 21, 2026. We will not hold back buses from departing on time if passengers are late. UECC and Starr Bus Charter & Tours are not responsible for missing personal belongings.
