The Rural Ontario Institute's annual general meeting is happening Friday, June 19, 2026, from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM, followed by lunch.
For 16 years, we’ve been committed to developing leaders, informing decision-makers, and strengthening connections across rural and northern Ontario. Join the ROI board, staff, sponsors, donors, and community partners as we celebrate the achievements of the past year, share our vision for the future, and recognize the leaders who helped us get to where we are today.
The event will be a hybrid event. If you will be attending in-person please register below before June 10th.

The Rural Ontario Institute is a charitable organization that delivers programs that develop strong leaders who are critical voices around opportunities and key issues facing rural and northern Ontario. Our mission is “Building Vision, Voice and Leadership.” We do this by offering leadership programs, providing leaders with data/analysis to make informed decisions, and connecting leaders so they can share innovative practices around opportunities and challenges.
