We spend so much of life holding it all together — suppressing what aches beneath the surface. The grief we never gave space to. The rage we swallowed. The joy we dimmed down to stay safe.

In a safe and sacred space, held with deep care, we will journey together into the body — beyond words, beyond control — and give permission for everything that has been waiting to be felt.

❤️Release: After the Rupture, comes the release. Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls and a deepening into the embodiment with consensual touch, or a stillness on the mat. Then into a beautiful cacao sharing circle, with openness and community. Which feels like a loving embrace after the movement. An energetic re-set 🔥

Through music, breath, somatic movement, and presence, we open the gateway to emotional liberation and embodied truth.
This is not chaos — it’s aliveness.
