Join us at the Globe Sculpture at Columbus Circle for a fun, relaxing shakeout run before the big race! Shake off those pre-race jitters with a leisurely run through the beautiful Central Park. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a first-timer, this event is perfect for getting in the right mindset for the NYC Marathon. Meet fellow runners, enjoy the scenery, and get those legs moving before the main event. Don't miss this opportunity to calm those nerves and prepare for a fantastic race day!

The Globe Sculpture at Columbus Circle (a few steps away from 59 St-Columbus Circle Subway Station, Columbus Circle, New York, NY 10023)!

This easy-paced 2.5-3-mile fun run is perfect for all levels, from beginners to seasoned runners. It includes a dynamic warm-up session led by an experienced coach.

What to Expect:

Dynamic Warm-Up led by Coach Alli: We will start with a 10-15-minute warm-up featuring stretches and mobility exercises that will prime your body for an efficient and enjoyable run!

- THE SHAKE: Enjoy a light, relaxed 2.5-3-mile jog (or walk) designed to reduce stiffness, increase blood flow, and release race nerves!

- Post-Run Stretch Sesh: After the run, we'll wind down with some gentle stretching to keep your muscles loose and ready, led by Coach Alli

Whether you're prepping for a marathon, looking to shake off some stress, or want to move with a group, this shakeout run is the perfect way to get in the zone. You can connect with both coaches after the run has concluded!
