Inspired by the Olympics? Training for the Houston marathon, or just wanting to have a more enjoyable run experience? Then this running skills and drills clinic is for you. Meet at 6.00 pm in the parking lot at South Dairy Ashford, where it crosses Buffalo Bayou. We will run on the Terry Hershey trail. Clinic will include coaching on dynamic stretching, warm up, drills to improve running form, and video review. Will last about 1 hour. Hosted by Peter Foster, USA Triathlon certified coach, multiple marathon finisher and regular 5K aficionado. Coaching fee $30 by venmo or cash on the day.
