Running Faster: An Introduction to EOS® and the Discipline of Execution
A Leadership Workshop with Ryan Pusins in collaboration with Action Zone

Event Description:

What separates companies that gain traction from those that stay stuck isn’t intelligence, effort, or ambition, it’s discipline.

Join Ryan Pusins, Professional EOS Implementer and former U.S. Marine Corps officer, for an interactive workshop introducing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a proven framework used to strengthen clarity, accountability, and execution.

This session is designed for founders, executives, and leadership teams who are tired of reacting and ready to run their business with intention. Rather than a lecture, this workshop pulls directly from participants’ real-world challenges and experiences, connecting them to a simple, practical operating model that drives results.

Each session in this monthly series introduces EOS at a high level and then dives deep into one of its six core components, using real examples from Ryan’s leadership journey and insights drawn directly from the room.

Agenda:

1. Welcome & Context

  • Brief history of EOS and why it works
  • Ryan’s background in military leadership, entrepreneurship, and EOS implementation

2. Interactive Discussion

  • Audience-driven exploration of current leadership and execution challenges
  • Identifying common patterns that stall growth

3. The EOS Model: The Big Picture

  • Overview of the Six Key Components™
  • How EOS creates focus, alignment, and traction across an organization

4. Monthly Component Deep Dive

  • A focused exploration of one EOS component (rotates each month)
  • Real-world examples from business, military leadership, and participants in the room

5. How EOS Works in Practice

  • The EOS implementation process
  • What it looks like to run EOS inside a real organization

Key Takeaways:

• A clear understanding of the EOS model and why it drives execution
• Practical insight into one core EOS component you can apply immediately
• Increased awareness of the root causes behind common leadership and growth issues
• A framework for running your business with greater clarity, accountability, and focus

Whether you’re an entrepreneur, executive, or emerging leader, this workshop will challenge how you think about leadership and execution and give you a practical system to move forward with confidence.
