This exercise class is completely FREE (no cost, no donations)
Starts Sunday 28/07/2024 at 10.30am but you can join anytime.
Take advantage of the good weather, meet with like-minded people and enjoy the outdoor class.
Classes are delivered by Sport Scientists with university degree in the field. This ensures the highest quality of classes, a progressive/professional training program and a supportive environment.
