Kick off your Saturday morning with and founder of .
Join us for a workshop designed for both new and experienced runners looking to improve speed, endurance, and agility. This session will either be a scenic run on the venetian or a speed & agility conditioning format.
- Scenic Run on the Venetian – Explore the stunning Venetian as we embark on a guided run, focusing on pacing, breathwork, and running efficiency
- Speed & Agility Conditioning – A workout incorporating ladder drills, cone drills, plyometrics, and/or outdoor speed work to enhance explosiveness, coordination, and overall running mechanics.
Each session is tailored to challenge and engage participants of all levels. Whether you're training for a race or just looking to improve your movement patterns, this workshop will help you run stronger, move better, and feel your best.
