This 90-minute specialty workshop is designed for runners looking to increase mobility, relieve tension, and support long-term performance. Through a combination of targeted stretching, and myofascial release techniques using props, you’ll unwind tight areas commonly stressed by running—hips, hamstrings, calves, feet, and the entire posterior chain.Expect a mindful blend of slow, deep stretches, mobility-focused flows, and guided myofascial release work to help decrease soreness and improve tissue recovery. We’ll explore techniques that enhance range of motion, support balanced muscle engagement, and reduce the risk of overuse injuries.
