About this Event
Please join Lauren Wetmore from Mystryde Athletic Club for a 45min Runner’s Power Flow class to get the body warmed up for Marathon Monday.
This class will consist of a mix of bodyweight runners' warmup movements and stretches to get the blood flowing and excitement building!
Please bring your own Mats.
Instructor Bio: A longtime member of the Boston fitness community, Lauren has been a coach at Mystryde for 7 years. She is a 6x marathoner—including two Boston Marathons— and is CFSC strength certified, bringing a well-rounded approach to run and strength training. A Bostonian through and through, Lauren grew up in Medfield and has now lived in the city for over a decade. She leads Mystryde’s weekly run club and is passionate about building community both in and out of the studio, especially in South Boston where she lives with her husband. When she’s not running or lifting, Lauren enjoys trying every type of fitness class the city has to offer. Outside of fitness, she leads Global Growth at Mediahub ad agency, where she has worked full time for the past 11 years. When she isn’t at Mediahub or Mystryde, she’s always planning her next trip— often centered around a race (her PB of 3:05 was set in Berlin last year!).
