This retreat is suitable for all ability levels. Beginners will avoid common mistakes which lead to injury and poor performance. Advanced athletes will see their performance reach new levels, whilst preventing future injuries. Effortless Flow Running is helpful for all who want to run free with joy.
Meet Your Host: Chris MacPherson
Chris is a PT, Running Coach and Yoga Teacher. He blends natural ways of living and holistic practices, with the goal of helping people to feel alive and thrive. Through a healthy body, mind and being you can reach your full potential.
Having won various running races including mountain marathons by using the practices he will teach you on this retreat, you can begin to also tap into your true potential.
Chris studied traditional Himalayan yoga in India and will be sharing ancient forgotten practices that will improve your overall health and expand your vital energy. He blends this ancient wisdom from the east with our very own lost art of Wyda - The Celtic Yoga.
With over 10 years of coaching experience, Chris will personally guide you throughout the weekend to ensure you achieve unbelievable results, just like so many of the people he has worked with.
About the Event
Over this fun filled weekend, you will discover secret ancient practices from traditional Himalayan yoga to dramatically improve your strength, movement, posture, breathing, mindset and more.
You will leave with the real knowledge that you need to grow strong and run long.
There will also be the option to join in on 2 running adventures (or just go for a hike in the beautiful nature of Skye), tailored to the groups experience levels.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy for Run With Effortless Flow
Booking Confirmation:
Confirmation of Booking: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Upon payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Process: All bookings must be made by buying a ticket through the Heal Scotland website events calendar. Limited places are available and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Refunds for Cancellations: Cancellations received 28 days or more before the event start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 28 days before the start date are non-refundable.
Transfers: If you are unable to attend, your ticket or booking can be transferred to another person, provided you notify us via email at [email protected] at least 14 days before the event start date. The new attendee must meet any required suitability criteria for the event.
No-shows: If you do not attend the event and have not informed us within the stipulated notice periods, no refund or transfer will be provided.
Changes to the Event:
Event Changes: In rare circumstances, we may need to make adjustments to the event’s dates, venue, schedule, or other details. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes occur.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any cancellation or delay due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer alternative options.
Liability:
Health and Well-being: You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being during the event. Participation in any physical activities is at your own risk.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings during the event.
Privacy and Data:
Privacy: We respect your privacy. By booking, you agree that Heal Scotland and the event host will retain your details for event-related communication, and we will not share your information without consent.
