Register for the 2026 Run to the Beach 5K and 10KRun, walk, or stroll the July 4th 5K or 10K course. Starting at the North Tahoe Regional Park, the courses offer scenic and enjoyable trails. The 5K is a quick course, while the 10K features a signature climb. Gather your friends and family to begin your July 4th with a run, walk, or stroll to the beach.
Parking is available at North Tahoe Regional Park for a nominal fee. After the race, walk less than a mile back to your car.
The finish is on the Beach at the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area featuring a beautiful sandy beach for swimming! Tahoe Vista and North Lake Tahoe are prime destinations to spend your July 4th.
