Run The Night: Back to the 90s

Run The Night is a community-led 5km social run. We move through the city together, embracing the night-time atmosphere and finishing with music, connection and good energy.

Please note: This is not a race and there are no timings.

What to expect:

• A social 5km run through Norwich.
• Pre-run warm up.
• Relaxed pace – all abilities welcome.
• Neon / glitter / glow theme encouraged.
• Start and finish at The Lions Den: City.
• DJ, non-alcoholic bar and post-run social.
• Sauna access at the venue (to be booked via The Lions Den app).

Important info:

This is a limited-capacity event. Only individuals who have purchased a ticket via eventbrite will be able to attend. Upon arrival, you will be checked in and given a wrist band, along with a drinks token to use after the run.

Please arrive on time so we can start together.

What to bring:

Suitable running shoes.

High-vis / lights / glow accessories. (strongly encouraged!)
