READY, GET SET … RUN FOR A CAUSE!
Run through the Zoo at the fourth-annual Run Like Wild 5K, Atlanta’s only 5K race where you might catch a glimpse of some of Earth’s most incredible wildlife along your path.
In celebration of a more than 25-year legacy of care, global scientific advancements, and longtime conservation for a treasured species, this year’s featured species is the giant panda, in the home of the only zoo in the U.S. currently housing these beloved bears. The giant panda habitat is not along the race course, but the pandas will be visible in their outdoor habitat or dayrooms after the race.
Are you a panda fan who prefers to support us from afar? Giant panda friends and fans are everywhere, and you’re encouraged to join us from wherever you are! Run with us virtually from home or on your own trail. Virtual race registration opens February 1, 2024, and is available through May 27, 2024.
