Register to run/walk at runsignup.com/runforherlife. The half marathon begins at 8, Kid's Run starts at 8:30, and the 5K is at 9. All 5K and half marathon participants get a FREE drink (beer, juice, or soda) from Gezellig Brewing Company!
There will be a MASSIVE spaghetti feed at packet pickup on April 24 at Community Heights Church catered by the Iowa Culinary Institute. Add it to your registration! It's a whole family event; no running required!
