RUN FOR BLOOD CHENNAI MARATHON
On June 09th 2024 a new event named "Run for Blood Chennai Marathon 2024" will be held at WAR MEMORIAL ON BEACH MAIN ROAD ( NEAR NAPIER BRIDGE) in Chennai. @ 5.00AM The aim of the event is to create awareness about blood donation and increase the number of fresh blood donors.
The marathon is being organized by SEVABHARATHI TAMILNADU in collaboration with several non-profit organizations working towards spreading awareness about blood donation.
The event is expected to attract a large number of participants including people from different age groups and walks of life.
The marathon will start at WAR MEMORIAL ON BEACH MAIN ROAD covering a distance of 3.50 & 7.00 kilometers. The route has been carefully planned to ensure that the runners have a safe and enjoyable experience.
We have put in a lot of effort to ensure that the event is a success.
We have arranged for medical professionals to be present throughout the marathon to provide medical assistance in case of any emergency.
Water and refreshment stations will also be set up along the route to keep the runners hydrated and energized.
In addition to the marathon there will be several stalls set up along the route providing information about blood donation and the process of becoming a blood donor.
The organizers will also distribute pamphlets and brochures educating people about the benefits of blood donation and the impact it can have on someone's life.
The event is expected to create a positive impact on society by encouraging more people to come forward and donate blood.
By increasing the number of fresh blood donors the event can help save many lives.
