Run Crew x UFIT: 14 Feb, 14 Workouts Challenge

All fitness level welcome. 1 ticket admits 1 person. Fun 30 to 45 minutes of workout for everyone.


Run Crew is collaborating with UFIT to build excitement for UFIT Flow Fest happening on 28th February. As a pre-event activation, we are hosting a high-energy outdoor team workout on 14th February featuring 14 unique challenges.


Event Format

Participants will assemble at Kick Store, Sindhu Bhawan.

Run 1.7 km together to Greenfield Arena Turf.

At the turf, teams (group of 7 to 10 participants each) will complete 12 workout stations before running back to Kick Store to finish the challenge.

The 14-Workout Challenge

  1. Run from Kick Store Sindhu Bhawan to Greenfield Arena Turf (1.7 km)
  2. Bike spin (2 minute)
  3. Burpees (x100)
  4. Single-arm thrusters (x100)
  5. Squats (x100)
  6. Bear walk (50m)
  7. Lunge walk (50m)
  8. Squat hold (2 minutes)
  9. Plank hold (2 minutes)
  10. Push-ups (x100)
  11. Crunches (x100)
  12. Broad jumps (50m)
  13. Find 14 markers (markers will be spread across the turf)
  14. Run back to Kick Store (1.7 km)


Team Format and Rules

Participants will be grouped into teams of 7 to10.

All team members must complete the runs The workout stations can be divided among team members to finish the circuit as a team.

Rules

  • It will be a team workout of 7-10 people in each team
  • You can form the team on your own or we will make teams at the venue

Workouts are sequential and not simultaneous meaning teams move station by station in the same order. Teams must complete each station before moving to the next one.

  • Order of workout is fixed for everyone as follows

Run → Spin → Burpees → Thrusters → Squats → Bear Walk → Lunge Walk → Holds → Push-ups → Crunches → Broad Jumps → Markers → Final Run

  • 1 Volunteer will be assigned to each team who will take care of the count and timing
