About this Event
3K Run Club, in collaboration with Coach Randy, Gazelle Track & Field Club, is hosting a beginner-friendly running and leadersip training series in Scarborough designed to help participants improve their running skills, build confidence, and learn how to support and lead within a running community.
These sessions will focus on:
- Proper running form and technique
- Warm-up and injury prevention
- Group running and pacing
- Running safety and confidence
- Leadership and community-building skills
Whether you are new to running, returning after a break, or interested in becoming more involved in the community, this series is designed to meet you where you are.
Participants who complete the sessions will receive a T-shirt from our partners Scarborough spots and recognition during:
