We’re hosting a Run & Rave. A morning wellness social at Catalina Café featuring a run or walk, recovery, and a post-run vibe powered by music and community.

We’ll meet at Catalina Café at 10:30am to warmup, followed by an easy run or walk, then stick around for cold plunges, coffee, music, and a post-run hangout.
