Run All Day is a FREE social run club hosted by All Day Fit’s Coach Jacq. This club provides you with weekly accountability, community and education to enjoy your runs. Come move your body outdoors with us and connect with like-minded people!

All Day Fit Coach and Long Distance Runner
Coach Jacq is a long-distance runner with over 7 years of experience. Running is one of her great passions, Coach Jacq says running builds her resilience and empowers her to be better. She loves the ability of the sport to connect her with herself and others.
Coach Jacq’s favourite running distance is a half marathon (21.1km), however, she loves helping people run at every speed, length and experience level. She understands the importance strength training has in your ability to run without pain, prevent injury and improve your sport. She’s going to help you be the best (not fastest) runner using intelligent training techniques.
