About the Host:
Distilled and aged in Jamaica, finished in Toronto, Overproof Papi is on a mission to elevate what rum means to the modern drinker through education and community events. His passion for rum was ignited in the streets of Kingston, Jamaica, and nurtured through his work with Diageo and Campari. Now, he’s bringing that knowledge, energy, and love for rum to The Real Jerk Restaurant.
