You’re invited to arrive, lay down, and sink into the art of receiving as waves of sound and vibration from gongs and other beautiful instruments move through you with loving, conscious intention.
But the journey doesn’t end in stillness…
As sound resonates through your body and soul, you’ll be gently invited to awaken your own inner voice and vibrational energy. Each gathering is unique — shaped by the people present and the soundscape we co-create together. We may:
- shake
- sing or chant
- sound
- move
- and more…
This dynamic element allows you to experience the joy and power of sound as both receiver and creator. Of course, you are always welcome to remain resting, soaking in the vibrations at your own pace.
As the circle flows from stillness into movement and back again, we’ll close by grounding ourselves with soft, supportive sounds — tuning into the heart and radiating outward the energy awakened within.
This is not a performance, but a sacred offering of presence and resonance, with the intention that you leave feeling more:

- relaxed
- restored
- grounded
- emdbodied

WHAT TO BRING:
-Whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor
**(folded mattress(yoga mat may not be enough) pillows, blankets, eye mask..etc..)
( it's ok if you look like you're moving in! YOUR COMFORT IS KEY TO SUPPORT YOUR EXPERIENCE) **
-Closed water bottle
-If you like to journal, please bring one along
-Comfortable clothes and layers for temperature changes
-Yourself, exactly as you are
