This session is Rules are Made to be Broken with David Lustig - in this workshop, we'll dig into the classic rules and advice of improv (don't ask questions, don't play strangers, etc.), explore what they're actually trying to accomplish and how and when it's okay to break them.
About your instructor:
David Lustig (he/him) has been consistently performing improv for over 20 years, and performing good improv for about 10. He has been described as the loudest boy in all of improv. He loves to get technical about improv theory and play slowly and patiently with a focus on character and relationship. David is a founding member of Baltimore's longest-running indie team, Local Spot, as well as a member of the BIG house team Owl Legs, BIG Time, and DM/co-director for Tabletop Live, among others. The monoscene is his one true love, and he will evangelize Camp Improv Utopia to anyone who will listen.
