Our new class provides the perfect setting for little ones to stretch, play, and learn the basics of yoga in a welcoming environment! The entire family will have a chance to discover the benefits of mindfulness + movement — no prior yoga experience is necessary! Just bring your moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas and mats, and that’s all that’s required!
