Rugby Radio Control Car Club. Is a small friendly club with a lot to offer a beginner or a driver returning to the track. If you are interested in racing but do not have the car and/or the equipment to do so then the club owns a 'beginners’ car' and all the necessary equipment to run it for a night’s racing. If you find you do enjoy yourself and would like to use the club car until you can get a car of your own then the club car may be available to hire for future nights racing on a first come first served basis. Our indoor track is located at Rogers Hall off Deerings Rd (near Fetherbed Lane) in Hillmorton, Rugby, Warwickshire. Postcode CV21 4EN will get you close for satnav users. The entrance to the car park for Rogers hall is on the corner so is easy to miss. We race fortnightly on Saturday evening. The doors open at 5.30pm and booking in closes at6:30pm sharp. Racing starts between 6.45pm-7.00pm depending how quick things get out and should be all packed up by 10.00pm. Racing is for small scale electric cars,normally GT12(Atoms,Zen) Mardave, MTC and 1/10 touring.needed Race fee for the evening is £5 for junior members, £10for senior members and £5 for first night adults, kids are free on their first night. There is some on site refreshments and tuck shop, with takeaways close by.
