Ruck Reps is where strength meets community - one rep at a time.
Held every 2nd Sunday of the month, this is our dedicated training session designed to get you Ruck Ready. We train using ruck bags, backpacks, and bodyweight movements to build real, functional strength that translates directly to your rucks.
Expect a full-body workout powered by your ruck. Presses, squats, rows combined with bodyweight grinders like push-ups, lunges, and burpees. It is simple, effective, and built to challenge you at your own pace.
The purpose is clear.
Build strength.
Improve conditioning.
Develop resilience.
So when it comes to longer distances or heavier loads, you are ready.
