Whether you're a seasoned rucker or a first-time runner, we welcome you to lace up your shoes and join our community for a rucking good time. 🚶‍♂️🏃‍♀️

-Cost: FREE 🎉
-Who: Open to all, members and non-members are welcome to join! Bring a friend or come solo for a guaranteed good time.

Important Notes
-Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Some routes may be uneven.
-Weighted backpacks/vests are not required to join us. Feel free to walk with us without one or join the runners up ahead.
-Restrooms will be available at most locations but aren't guaranteed.
-Distance will be roughly 1.5miles - 3miles each week, we’ll start low and work our way up.
-Waivers are required, if we don’t have one on file for you please ensure you sign one before we start, we will have copies on site each week.
