The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host “Rubber Ducky Wednesday” on Wednesdays, June 3, 10, 17, and 24 at 11:00 a.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.Babies age birth to 35 months and their caregivers are invited to a story time on June 3, June 10, and June 17 with books, songs and lap bounces. On June 24, join the Library for a play date with toys and books for the babies to enjoy together. This program is part of the 2026 Summer Reading Program, “Unearth a Story.”
